arnt you suppose to release all of them? largemouth and smallmouth too?

That is correct. All bass, large & smallmouth and peacock bass (aka: Tucanarie, Tucs, etc.) are catch and release.

then i suppose the people with peacock bass in those blue mesh bags are breaking the law huh? i see them across boy scout island all the time. no use making another subject but i was wondering about more shore access around the lake? is it limited?
