
Fish were schooling around BSA Isl. They didn't stay on the
surface very long and were really choosy about what they would eat.
Mike and Steve were catching the fish deep. They were using
sinking tip fly lines and an assortment of flys. Cast out, count
down till the fly line sinks, then a quick strip retrieve back to the boat.
I'm thinking a glitter strip rig would work for spinning rods...
that's a bubble rig... but instead of the bubble you use a lead weight.
I'm going to try it.
