ya alot of the pros met and gave that guy stuff. geralds brother died a year or so ago from that same cancer so it was very personal for him to meet that guy i guess. ive met a few pros over the years and the one thing that is diffrent from meeting pro football or baseball or basketball players is they dont seem to see themselves as superstars, granted they dont make the money that other pro sports guys do but it seems most are very grounded and approachable, even the loudmotuhs like ike! says something for the sport.

The G-Man is a good guy!! A pic of him leaving the ramp at last years Smith Mountain Elite tournament. He has the Vicious Fishing line sponsorship on board now too. The new Pro Elite Flurocarbon line is great!! Most of the guys I have met or fished with are all good guys, at least the ones on the Bassmaster and Flw Tours.
