It was a really tough day... we worked hard and tried all our tricks. Lucky for me the two guys on the boat were excelent casters and super fishermen. I don't know what the problem was, but we caught very few fish. Some small peacock bass, a few little largemouth. some red devils.
Fishing seemed better in the afternoon when the water temperature rose from 78 up to 82 degrees. There was spotty schooling busts, but we never were able to be in the right place at the right time.
Good company, great lunch, and an enjoyable day on the water...
"That's why they call it fishing, and not catching"?
(I hate that saying)
