1,2 and 4 look like color variations of the Red Devil but #3 looks like a Jaguar Cichlid which I thought were only known to occur in the UH Quarry Pond.

Thanks for the help. I was really interested in that # 3 fish. Got him on an earthworm. I guess I added a new species to my Lake Wilson list. Thanks.

Maybe #1 is a black devil? #2 appears to be some type of ciclid or hybrid.

I'm interested in what #3 is also. :?:

#4 is common as well.

Yeah #3 is a jaguar cichlid I used to have a few in my old freshwater fishtank. How big was he? From what I remember reading they can get almost 2 foot and a couple pounds. I didn't know they had been let go yet. I bet any cichlid you can find in a pet store is also at wilson.

From what I gather the Jaguars get up to 55 cm or about 22 inches, should be fun if they get established.

So Stan hinted that I have not chimed in on this yet

I'm currently in Rome, Italy...so my time on the internet is very limited. I haven't been checking too many fishing boards when I'm away.

I think 2 and 4 are colour variant of red devil...with 2 being the natural colour variant.

3 as Ahnko said is a jaguar guapote.

I'm not sure on 1 yet...have to do a little digging when I get home next Tuesday. :)

You guys are in for a long but great report
Caution - Objects in picture are smaller than they appear.

I am genetically predisposed to make fish look bigger than they really are.
