Glad to hear it. I heard another fisherman say he had good sucess with the LMB today with a Rapala X. I caught a little over a dozen peacocks with live bait on a point.

A good day on the lake. We fished blue boat in the afternoon, and caught a couple dozen. And my 4 yr old son got to pull in his first few tucs. We met up with and Bill and Dougie. They were great and we got a chance to see how the veterans do it, as they pulled them in one after the other. They definitely have it wired. Seems like things are heating up at the lake.

It was nice meeting you at BBP and seeing Larry's old boat getting some use out of it! In my opinion, fishing off the point w/live bait, yes, there is some technique, but more importantly is location. You've gotta find that "sweet spot" where they are biting at. 10' off in either direction and you'l get bored. Cast into the sweet spot and catch away!
