My Niece's first fish!

Postby skunked » Thu Aug 24, 2006 9:45 pm

Took my niece Kayla (4 years old) fishing the other day. My girlfriend bought her a Dora fishing rod so she was ready for action! I couldn't get a strike all day but Kayla finally did. It wasn't a big tuc, but just seeing the smile on her face was priceless. I am glad that I was there and she will always remember that her uncle Blaine was the one helped her catch her first fish. I hope that we can go again and maybe catch a bigger one.

Congrats to you and your niece. I have a daughter who's barely a year old and I can't wait to take her fishing. Peace. :)

Checking old post and found that I missed this one!

What a cutie pie! :D Congrats to you and your niece for sharing that memory together. Nothing better than seeing the smile on children when they catch their fish! :D

thanks man. I took her out to the beach to fish recently but didn't catch anything. Luckily, she had a lot of fun swimming and playing in the sand. I'm gonna take her out to the lake again soon and we'll get her a big tuc!

Awesome!

Kids grow up to fast. Start them young on fishing and you can't go wrong.

Priceless!!!!!
