Fish Traps Found in Lake

I found some fish traps today....
They measured about 3x2x2....
They were mostly on dry land because
of the drop in water level.
No fish inside... just one little turtle.

Location was that small cove accross the
lake from Quonset Hut.

I'd have to read up on the legality of fish traps. I know throw nets are prohibited, but note sure about the traps. Regardless, it looks like whoever set them hasn't attended to them very well....
