Weekend Fishin

Postby Carolina Bassin » Mon Sep 07, 2009 8:07 pm

All,
Had a pretty good weekend fishing. Saturday the Tucs were schooling all around Kemoo Island. All were caught on a 1/4oz, gold castmaster, letting it flutter to the bottom until one hit. (pic 1 is a 4lb'r from sat). Caught 14 by 1100am.

On Sunday I took the wife and we caught 19 among the both of us using the same technique around kemoo island. about half were 3-4 lb range. Great Action!! (Pic 2 & 3 From Sun)

My wife and I didn't quite match your total on Sunday. We tried working the shoreline and picked up a few nice ones, but nothing to write home about. Hadn't thought about letting a castmaster sink. I tend to just burn my bait through the school. Next time I will try it. Thanks for the tip. See you out there !

AAAaaaaa, the old "let the KastMaster sink trick".

Don't tell any one, that's a secret.

Come over to the dark side, Luke.
Use the live bait!
