We definately had a slow start today, I guess even fish take it easy on a Sunday morning. We began at around 08:30 and didn't get anything other than an excruciating whopper of a sunburn even after three hours of baking on the shore. However, right when we were about to call it a fruitless day, a 3 pound Peacock Bass suddenly snagged the line. Instantaneously, the stagnant atmosphere on the shoreline galvanized into motion, as out of nowhere, we caught another 2 pound Peacock Bass, and then Red Devil and then Chinese Catfish! Surprised by the pleasant turn of events, we packed up at 15:00 with a full bucket of catch and content smile on our faces Oh! Oh! Oh!
We caught three Peacock Bass today ! (July 26,2009)
