Goodbye kayak, hello bass boat...

Postby Pegasus » Tue Jun 16, 2009 12:34 pm

Proud new owner of an old Bass Tracker Tournament TX. Looks like it works. Had this Tuc just jump in the boat on my test voyage with the ex-owner. Notice the trick photography, compliments of Stan ! Sure makes em look BIG ! PS. Watch out if you see me backing up near the ramp.

That ain't trick photography there! You can tell that it is a very solid fish. I'd be stoked to catch one like that any day. Let me know if you need a co-angler. I got gas money! congratulations on the boat and the Tuc!

Going out of town for a week. Can't wait to get back so I can practice backing down that ramp. See you out on the water !

Just goes to show that the bigger, and fancier, and more expensive your bass boat.... the bigger the fish you'll catch...

At least that's what the boat salesman told me.

By the way...
Who is going to tell Pegasus, (when he gets back to town) that the water level at the boat ramp is so low that he can't use his new bass boat.... :?:

Not I said the duck.

I went by the boat ramp yesterday. It does look dangerously low. W/o probing the bottom to see exactly where the ramp ends, its a gamble on launching a boat. The edge of the water is even with the very end of the sidewalk. :(
