Just got an email from Melvin about a house for sale on Lake Wilson.
You know those beautiful places on that stretch between Morgans Pt. and Quonset Hut? Along the North Fork?

They're having an open house on Sunday (May 26, 2 -5pm) if any ones interested.

I keep telling my son to get a house on the lake and I'll pay him to keep the boats there. Well, I can dream can't I?
Aloha,
Stan

As much as I'd absolutely love to live on the lake, that is a little out of my price range. Too bad though,... :?

$635,000 for a 43 year old house! That's Hawaii for 'ya. The price of living in "paradise"!

I was surprised at the price.... I thought it would be higher.

On the data sheet it says "new price." So was probably listed in the $800k's a little while ago. When are you moving in Stan? Blaine?
