Bonding with Bait?

Hamakua Stream connects Kaelepulu stream with Kawainui stream or at least used to before they built the "Great Wall" of Kawainui Marsh, all 3 streams are brackish with too high a salt content for bass survival not to mention probably too polluted too but filled with Medaka, Tilapia, etc. for bait.
