The largest fish on Sun, which turned out to be the largest fish of the tournament... a 4+ pound peacock bass. (each of his 6 qualifying fish was over 3 pounds.)
And the lure of choice? Saturday was a 5 inch clear, soft plastic jerkbait... a sluggo looking thing.
On Sunday he used a tiny gold Castmaster. The one inch size. Caught all his fish on that. I didn't think those micro small hooks would hold a fish that big.
As soon as the "official" standings come out, I'll pass them along.
