Have you tried tying your own flies yet? It should save you a lot of money.. it is also a whole lot of fun and pretty rewarding catching a fish on something you've created yourself.

so far I've been buying flys but i did buy the crappy $20 fly tying kit from sports authority- which has just been sitting on the shelf for the past few months.

If I see a picture of a fly I like, or someone shows me one.... I go to Nervous Water and they show me how to tye it... (then sell me the stuff I need to tye it) :lol: :lol: :lol:
