The action shifted back to Blue Boat Point on Saturday afternoon. More rain... just like Friday. The fish were busting the surface and biting just about everything. (except for Clay's surface lures)
Time to tie some new flys.... mine are all beat up.
A guy and his little boy were catching fish till they ran out of live bait and then switched to lures and flys. Looked like he had a wood floater, leader. and fly. They were using spinning tackle and talking about the Nervous Water Flys. Clay, who ties the flys at the shop, wants to know "What Fly"
You don't have to fly fish to catch fish with flys.
An exciting time was had by all 4 boats in the area.
How about some pictures you guys... I know I'm not the only person with a digital camera. Anyone can make a 2 pound fish look like a 10 pounder.
Aloha,
Stan
