What time does the gate open in the AM

They changed the sign again. Park opens at 6am now.

actually there are two signs. both with different times. i have seen the gate open at 6 and other times open at 630. its almost always before 7 but maybe now that its light out so early closer to 6 will happen more often.

Wahiawa Freshwater State Recreation Area

Location: 380 Walker Avenue, off Avocado Street off California Avenue from Kamehameha Highway (Highway 80), Wahiawa.

Hours: April 1 to Labor Day: 7 am to 7:45 pm
After Labor Day to March 31: 7 am to 6:45 pm

Entrance Fee: None

Description: Picnicking along the wooded shore of Wahiawa Reservoir. Year-round shore and boat freshwater fishing; fishing restrictions. No swimming or water skiing. Boating only for fishing purposes; boat ramp at the site.

Services: Restrooms, picnic tables, boat ramp, trash cans, drinking water.

You should see the park... they have really cleared out a lot of brush and trees, widened and cleared walking paths. Looks very open and nice.
