Christmas from Cabela's
The new toys arrived... 3 days before predicted...
I called to buy a $5 bottle of Smelly Jelly and ended spending $104.
(shipping is free if you order more than $99 worth of stuff)
Guess I shouldn't have asked what the "special of the day" for call in folks was?
"Why let the truth stand in the way of a good fish story?"

Stan,
Noticed you got some Rapala lures as well - don't forget to mail in your rebate for your free lure. ( buy 5 get 1 free )

Aloha Stan, Last time I was in Kalipornia I picked up a couple bottles of Smelly Jelly liquid, haven't really had a chance to try it out thoroughly. What your opinion of the stuff?
A couple buddies on Maui swear by the stuff preferring the paste form in the jar for their trolling lure skirts.

Oooo like the goodies! I see you got the cabellas version of the spot remover(stand up jigs) those are killer out here when the bite gets tough(even when it's not tought they're still good just don't get very many big bites on em)! Try em with a 6 or 7 inch roboworm! The zoom finesse worms are also great on them! They even have a specific shakey head zoom finesse worm(I just bite the heads off the regular ones
Rapalas cranks are definitely overlooked too often. I especially love their 5 and 7 shad raps when the water cools or whenever the bite gets slow. The silent, tight wobble the ticket! They're just a pian to cast with baitcasting gear!
