New West Marine Grand Opening

Postby Stan Wright » Mon Feb 13, 2012 9:50 pm

:D
Went by the new West Marine store on Nimitz... Across from K-Mart... near Sam Choi's Breakfast, Lunch, & Crab restaurant.

It's much larger than the old location... they have just about everything found in the catalog there in the store.

Anyway, the "Grand Opening" will be the weekend of March 22nd. (yea, I know, the 22nd is a Thursday... Well it's going to be a long Grand Opening weekend I guess. They didn't know exactly what will be on Special, but there will be FOOD... so I'll see you there.

So food is how we can bride you, eh Stan?

Now I know why you take me fishing...for the thank-you lunches

Where do you want to go eat next time? I'd like to visit that tikki bar restaurant at Ke'ehi where you can just drive up, dock your boat, eat, and watch the baby barracuda hangs out under the dock. Of course...that's really just an excuse to fish for those bonefish on the flats again

I checked out a West Marine at Martha's Vineyard in October...they got some pretty nice stuff there too. :D

I am genetically predisposed to make fish look bigger than they really are.
