I understand there has been some schooling action around Boy Scout Island. The smaller the fly or lure, the more action. Chris said even his little 2 inch white Senkos would not draw a strike. They caught everything on a tiny Castmaster.
Someone else was using a surface popper trailing 3 feet of line with a small streamer fly attached. Good action with the schooling peacock bass. Haven't heard from any fly fishermen, but I bet a small fly would work just fine.
