Buzz Bait

Postby Stan Wright » Sat Apr 16, 2011 8:14 pm

Shane was throwing his buzz baits again. I told him
he was just scaring the fish, but you know how he
loves those buzz baits.
Now you can see why.

I've been trying for 2 days to catch a red devil... nothing I tried worked.
So you'll never guess what Shane catches... on his buzz bait no less.
He was very happy.
:D :D :D

Who would've thunk it? The first Red Devil I have ever caught was on a buzz bait, but I never target Red Devils. Whats funny is that Red Devil hit the buzz bait harder than the Tuc did. I couldn't believe it when I saw it chasing, and then slam. It startled me. It would have been nice if I would've gotten a Grand Stan today.

The red devil might have weighed more than the tuke.

The RD was over a pound... Shane probably tossed the new state record back into the lake.

I think he did the right thing. I wouldn't want my name associated with a red devil either. On second thought, he should have tossed it onto the shore!
