Monday, 16 Oct...... Chris and Charles found the peacock bass schooling and chasing shad around Boy Scout Island. Using 2# and 3# test ultra light spinning tackle, they landed around 15 peacock bass. They tried all kinds of small lures and everything seemed to work. As usual, the 2 inch white Senko is the "go to" bait for Chris. I hope Charles took pictures.
That's about all the information I could get out of Chris... you know kids never tell their parents anything. LOL

Tuesday, Oct. 17..... Action still good with schooling fish. Peacock bass were running around 2 pounds with the largest at 3 1/2.
Chris said most of the action was on a gold Crazy Charlie. (Maruto Fish Hook, MZ, Gold, in a size 10.) Gold Flash-A-Boo, orange thread. Barbell eyes.
Charles was using a 4wt fly rod.
Aloha,
Stan
