Had a great Alaska Fishing Adventure with Ben Wong of Let's Go Fishing.
This episode should air sometime in the last week of September.

Thought you'd like to see some pictures of the fish we caught.
Smoke Salmon Alfredo... Ben is a fantastic cook.
This is one of the many cutthroat trout. I grabbed one piece
and then grabbed the camera...
should have taken the picture quicker.
Halibut cheeks are the best part of the fish... especially in butter.
It's also good just breaded and fried... in butter.
Ben is a great cook. This is Halibut Soup. Thick and creamy.
Every afternoon at 5:00 was "Happy Hour".
Butter Fried Shrimp, Breaded Halibut, Deep Fried Salmon,
Moose Steak w/ Hollandale Sauce.
And I forget what else.
Home made pickled black cod.... great stuff.
Normally thrown away, These salmon bellies were smoked.
This was the best.
Cream Cheese, Ritz Crackers, and Salmon Eggs. Do you
have any idea what this would cost in a Japanese restaurant?
The smoked salmon and halibut jerky was outstanding.
Just some scraps from trimming the salmon fillets
that Ben fried up for us.
Right out of the shrimp traps, pealed, wrapped in bacon, and fried in butter. It don't get any fresher than that.
We visited an Indian village and filmed the way
they catch and process their fish.
Can you believe that most people throw away the salmon bellies.
So good smoked.
You can also smoke the fillets from the King Salmon, and the Halibut.
Hope you've enjoyed seeing some of the
"fish" pictures from my Alaska Adventure.
