Try give Bayside Marine in Kaneohe
a call about that motor.
247-1202... Craig or Paul...
They use to take care of the Johnson
motor I had on my other boat.
Might be a lot cheper than a new one.

Hey man its probly a carb issue I got a honda that's hard to start if the carb is dirty I usually clean mine out every other month or its hard to start I usually carry a starting fluid can in my boat give a couple sprays and one crank it starts beats pulling it and getting frustrated most likely carb issue use a fuel additive like stabil helps a lot! Four strokes are a pain to pull start.

If its only hard to start after is gets up to operating temp, I'm guessing its an ignition issue. Maybe the coil is on its way out. Definitely cheaper to have it repaired than buy another boat.
