I had to promise Chris I wouldn't tell where his "secret spots" are...
Anyway... live bait has been working great. They have been using up over 100 live bait a day. I can't tell you where they were fishing. Promised I wouldn't tell.... I guess you ex- "Boy Scouts" will just have to "Saddle" up and check out all the "Islands".
Water level is dropping and that exposes lots of mud flats. Those small baitfish are up in the shallow water hiding from those "big peacock bass" that are crusing near by. Those 5 and 6 pound size peacock bass.
