Chris reports lots of action with peacock bass up to 5 pounds along the shoreline. They were using his favorite lure.... the 2 inch, white Senkos... fished as a jerk bait near the surface.
The really HUGE peacock bass just gave half hearted chases and turned away. (he says there is a new state record out there... said he's seen a bunch of them lately)
