Kevin and Logan worked the shore line with swimming baits (Pinn's Minnow) till they found the fish. If the peacock bass refused to take, they switched to a big white lizard.
Who says you can't catch big fish on a small lure. That 3 pound largemouth took a Pinn's Minnow. To make it a little easier to cast with his 6# test line, Logan added a BB size split shot just above the knot. The split shot also made the lure slowly sink.... good action.
The red devils became more active as the water heated up. As soon as I fix the depth finder, I'll be able to tell you the water temperature.
It was a real pleasure fishing with Kevin and Logan....
Thanks Guys.
Aloha,
Stan
