Fishing guide for Peacock Bass fishing

I'm arriving this Saturday and would like to fish for Peacocks on Monday. I've talked to Chris and he is not available. Looking for guide to bring in some nice peacocks into the boat. Will be two people fishing. Please send text to 225-262-9822. If can not find good guide then would like to rent a fishing boat for the day and fish on our own. Any ideas on who and where to rent small skiff for fishing perhaps with a trolling motor on the boat. Thanks, Michael
