Kauai "Trade-A-Trip"

Had a nice visit with Tom Christy and his son Dane. Tom flew over from Kauai and found time to fish with me today. I've fished with him on Kauai and regularly pass along his web site to people wanting to fish on Kauai.

He keeps telling me stories of giant peacock bass, large largemouth, and regularly catching smallmouth over 5 pounds (yes, the state record is 4 pounds) This I have to see... or catch?
We had a fun day fishing and swapping stories. And thanks Dane for the great lunch at Kemoo Farm.
Now it's my turn to visit Kauai.
Tom with a schooling largemouth.
And another largemouth... caught by Dane.
Hook up... the schooling action was good this morning.
Still more bass, all about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds.
Everyone was catching fish... get the net Jeff.
We also caught peacock bass.
The bridge is all enclosed in tarps and all the underneath part is covered with roofing tin.
