Chris dropped off some pictures from the last two days.

Seems the peacock bass were schooling this week.

The state record Bluegill is still swimming around out there.
Lots of bluegill this past week.

Largemouth bass action was good.

So was the peacock bass action.

You know that company that's cleaning up the explosive
ordnance off Waianae this week? Well there is a boat that
is stationed out there to keep boaters from getting too close.
They also have a couple of medics aboard in case of an
accident. Mostly they just drift around close to the action and ......

Got another phone call...
Blue Boat Point is where the action is.
Later in the afternoon the better.
Monday I'm getting some live bait and seeing what morning time fishing is like there.

I bet the all the bluegill have something to do with the healthy largemouth population!

The fish I caught Saturday here in Texas threw up a WHOLE BUNCH of half digested crawdads in my livewell before I let them go after the weigh in! And that made me think of something. Every time I fish I'm going to put a few fish in the live well to find out what they have been eating! I'll get em to spill the beans!!! :D Don't worry, once they've talked I'll let em go. I'd usually find small shad in my live well when fishing the HFFA tournaments. It never dawned on me until Saturday that this could be a great way to match the hatch.
