Report 5-29-11

Launched 2-6pm. Landed 7 mixed bag. Sunny, Brezzy, WT 82-84.6, Water Clarity 2-3 ft at places, Moon8%, BP 30.11, 3 ft under C/R Tag. I started out hunting my White Whale that got away, started see um, but barely, saw stuff brewing, still need one more ft vis... LM caught on Agent Utah Pacific, Texas, 1/0oz bullet, 1/0EWG. Then I ran to the Dam, stoping seeing action near the two points nada, at Dam threw 1/2oz Spinnerbait and got LM 13", not to much happening, I went to the "Bluffs" that 90Degree I like. Landed a fat 13" near Laydown on Agent Utah "Smoke". Gors Got a Nice Tuc under that same laydo 2min later. Then went ran around corner to the long bank with the laydowns torward tuc cove. Fished alot of it nothing.... Then headed back to the dam, power fishing schoolin fish. The Jerk in DSB color rigged Texas weightless 2/0EWG Hook rounded up 2 more LM 13-14" and A Rapala lipless rattle white color got two others round same size... Tried power fishing a little more. Think the fish would be little deeper, Threw Carolina rig a bunch. Also Testing a 6" Swimbait with metal inserts works great! Ya seem to be kinda tough figure something out. Kinda did all sorts of stuff with mixed results....Think I got stuck on the wood, shoulda maybe checked the grass.. But anyhow, good luck out there...
