Anyone make it out to the lake this past Saturday? Wondering if I missed any good fishing since my planned trip out there was canked. How has the water been clearing up?

The water is clearing up nicely. Water near the Karsten Bridge looks nice. I'm guessing most of the stained water has moved on.

Awesome. Going to try and get out there tomorrow. 2 weeks of not fishing and I am having withdrawals. :evil:

didnt miss much saturday, only 3 boats out and windy with passing rain. fish were uncooperative at best although still got a few and some nice blowups in the grass,im gonna miss the grass when they start draining it off. clarity sucked in the main basin and southfork but wasnt to bad up along northfork. had a nice tuc slam some bait right against my sons leg at the ramp around lunch, scared the hell outa him hahaha he was chasing them with a dip net and mr tuc thought why not too i guess hahahaha im sure he will recover without counseling.
