I went for the morning bust this morning. Water temp got up to 82.5*. Saw a little action near BSA Is. and the Main Basin, nothing near C&C Yard. My partner and I pulled in 26 total, a good mix of LMB and PB. Nothing over 2 lbs. but some good fighting fish just the same. Not a bad morning!

I talked to a guy at the ramp who had a good day using live bait. I think he said his largest was around 4 pounds.

I happen to have seen a 6lb12oz LGMB caught Sunday, I can't spill the beans because I didn't catch it. All I really can say is WOW! It was a really nice fish for anywhere in the country and definitely the largest one I've seen caught in person at wilson.

That would be one to post a pic of if you can get it. I have to go to Mexico to see LMB like that. It is good to know that there a still a few nice ones in the lake. My problem is that I choose to work a live tilapia for the tucs ove a texas rigged lizard every time. Old habits are hard to break.

Nice fish Peg!
Alec, Since I saw who was in your boat Sun. I've got a pretty good idea who caught the lunker. Not surprised at all that it was him either. Care to share general location, what type of lure, etc.?
