I started around 11ish taking my nephew to Mikimiki Point. I caught one peacock and he caught 3. After it died out, I took him WAY up the north fork, passed the "Oasis". You can litterally walk up stream, hardly getting your ankles wet. The fish were small but man were we wacking them. Mostly 5 Star Generals, bluegills, and small LMB.
All peacocks were about this size
Water not navigatable even with a kayak
We probably caught 20-25 little fish like this one
Another BG
My son-in-law decides to join us and catches this nice one right at the "Oasis"

Looks like a fun day.
After we saw u at miki pt i took my brothers up to blue boat hoping for a repeat of last Sundays action, But things had calmed down. In about an hour We did pull 2 small tucs and one of those little lmb,
Moved and tried plastics, cranks, topwater, and medakas around tuc bay and morgans, but all we got was one red devil.
Noticed busting was pretty nonexistant.
Hit up some logs and maybe it was the evening bite. As we ended up pulling a hat trick in the last hour or so, and there were sporadic busts during that time also, a dozen pb (10 -16") one 18", a little channel cat, as well as a 9" blue gill, that might have given road warrior some rubs. All on medakas.
