Water level is up about 5 feet from several days ago, so finding the peacock bass on the beds in next to impossable. Saw lots of big fish swimming around up the south fork... just swimming--- not biting anything.

Lots of chases on little peacock bass.... more like follows than chases.
Little as in "under a pound". (way under)

Still "choke" bluegill every where... use a very small lure or fly and you'll catch them all day. Fish in the grass.

All in all... very slow for peacock bass today. No hits, No runs, and No fish in the boat..... no more nothing.

I went out for a little while Wed. evening. Checked for BGs way up on the north fork. No bites, but did see some nervous tilapias. I then headed to the south fork. Water was too deep to see any nest, but I also saw a few large peacocks swiming around. Not interested in my spinner. :(
