:D

Nothing going on from 8 to almost noon. A few chases.... a blow up or two.
So they just kept "running and gunning".... pounding the shoreline looking for the fish. The fish that were here yesterday, but moved today.

At almost quitting time (12:00 Noon)... in a little wind swept cove... they noticed baitfish.
And then the peacock bass. At 5 minutes to 1:00 they came sneaking back to the boat ramp... almost an hour late.... but with big smiles on their faces.

In just 45 minutes they landed 15 or 16 peacock bass. 3, 4 pounders, 6, 3 pounders, and the rest between 2 and 3 pounds. The bait was in the cove and the peacock bass were on the feed. "That's why we stayed so long".

I guess it's just a matter of keep moving till you find the fish....
Oh, they caught them all on those little, 2 inch long, white Senkos.

I really hate Senko's!!

But for some , it's the next best thing to "two scoop chili rice" or live bait!!

I can always tell when Chris has had a good day by how many torn and dammaged Senkos litter the boat.

Apologies to all you snipers out there......

With Senkos it's "one Senko - one Fish"
