The first fish is just a cichlid, maybe a banded jewel cichlid. I have no idea on the second one. Never seen nothing like it. :?:

That second fish looks awfully Pongee-ish. Looks like some kind of Cichlid/Pongee hybrid to me. Was the mouth toothy at all?

Again... beautiful pictures...

That top one looks familiar, a banded jewel cichlid....
but the face and nose is really long and skinny...
never seen anything like it.....
like either one of them for that matter.

This fish looked like a convict mated with a red devil :lol: :lol: :lol:

Okay...seriously, it may just be a very dark, natural coloured red devil. But who knows...it may be some other species of cichlid released into the lake.
