4/24 morning session

Postby marcusn » Sun Apr 24, 2011 3:24 pm

fished the morning session today, me and my dad caught 4 tucs and one largemouth. all on live bait. the largmouths weren't intrested in my purple finesse worms or my lipless cranks. the tucs seemed to not be so aggressive either.

That's why they call it fishing and not catching. lol. Looks like it was a nice day on the lake from what I could see in the pics. We hit Redondo Pier this evening and the action was brisk.

I heard last year had some illegal netters surround the school of Portlock Halalu, and when a citizen tried to call it in one of the netters threatened him. Of course DLNR never showed in time to catch these bozos from what I gather.

when i went i didnt see any, but people told me those illegal guys would go at night on a boat and net all the halalu. but like you said the stupid DLNR people wont catch these guys so they are just gonna keep doing it.
