Lures and flys have taken peacock and largemouth to 5 pounds on several days.
The guys using live bait have been catching fish as fast as their bait hits the water at Blue Boat Point. How many fish you catch depends on how many dozen baits you bring. One guy landed 8 nice peacock bass yesterday using live bait at the boat launch ramp (Wahiawa State Freshwater Fishing Park)
The fish move around a lot so you just have to find them.
