Here are just a few of the "14 or 15 fish we caught". The day started out with some schooling fish near the main basin of the lake. Small spoons and top water lures worked well when the fish chased bait to the surface. As the cloud cover burned off the action slowed.
Working the shoreline produced some larger fish. (That's a 5 pounder in the last picture.) The peacock bass were holding close to shore and took slow moving crank and swim baits. Giles has some nice pictures and fish stories to tell his mates back in Australia.
