Any reports lately?
So how has the lake been lately????

Caught a lot of small peacock bass along the shoreline on Saturday. The largest I saw was caught on a lure and weighed 3 1/2 pounds. Another guy said they got fish in the 4 to 6 pound range. (all before 10:00 AM) Again using lures. Saw lots of larger fish, but they just followed or I set the hook too quick.
On Sunday we figured to try live bait...

Saw a bunch of large peacock bass but they wouldn't even look at our live baits, or lures, or flys.
After switching to smaller live bait we caught a bunch of largemouth and peacock bass. All under 1 1/2 pounds. Mike and I tagged 19 fish. I lost count of all the ones under 12 inches that we didn't tag.
Everyone I spoke with caught lots of smaller peacock bass along the shore.
The larger peacock bass were just not active on Sunday.
