We fished from 11:00 to 3:00 today and had lots of fun. First we went way south and got 10 red devils to finish up the fish sampling.
Next we went to the main basin for 5 more peacock bass... nothing. We worked the shoreline with lures, but all the action was around Boy Scout Island. Didn't see any schooling peacock bass, but there were some nice ones chasing small fish along the shore.

Hey there Stan. I fished on Monday too but I didn't start until around 4:00. I fished for a while around Boy Scout islandand saw schools twice but not for very long at all. I worked my way up to Blue Boat point and the action was a bit slow. Several followers both peacocks and red devils. About half-way to the point I did manage to land a real beautiful 2 pounder on a Pin's minnow about 5:30. And talk about an acrobat...this fish jumped completely out of the water 4 or 5 times and nearly jumped in my tube the last time. It was pretty slow but still a blast and way better than being at work!! Blue Boat point was totally dead.
