Opy caught this "fish" at the lake this morning… Live bait. Said it weighed between 5 and 6 pounds.
Anyone have any idea what it is?

My Bad…. the thing is 34 inches long and weighs in at a whopping 17 pounds.

Got a text from Opy this morning… said he saw two of these guys… about the same size as the one they caught… looked like they were trying to spawn.
We may soon have a new "exotic" fish to add to our list of unusual catches.

I heard Opy caught "the big fish" again today… I told him if he catches it 3 times he has the right to give it a name. LOL>
