"Large" ( ? ) mouth bass. LOL LOL LOL

The reason Chris doesn't take me fishing is because he says I tell everyone about all the "secret spots". As you can see, I didn't write anything about where we were fishing.

Chris was trying out my Tenkara Rod this morning.

These are the perfect size fish for the light Tenkara rod.
Little Peacock bass strike if you move the fly fast.

Largemouth bass hit if you slow the fly and twitch it.

Two fish in the hand is worth more than one fly snagged in the bush.

I love that picture ! They are so cute !

This has been a crazy summer for fishing. BBP is an off and on spot these days. Did get a nice 5 lb tuc , a 3lb largemouth , and a 3lb catfish off there one afternoon. Have not seen many tucs over 3lbs lately ..... Where are they hiding ????????

Good question! Went couple of times. Caught mostly small ones. Seen one monster tuc, and a few decent size fish but mostly small ones. I saw a pacu the other day. Haven't seen one in years.
