When grown men fell to 1 inch fish

Luckily, I finally prevailed...but my friend Michael will continue on his quest for a darter.

Here's my new species #277 - Rainbow Darter (Etheostoma caeruleum)

They were this SMALL.

Again, I know this is not everyone's cup of tea...so if you like to read about us fishing for bait size fish, you can find it here.

** BTW Stan, this was caught with tanago hooks...it would be awesome to use a light tenkara rod for this type of fishing. In time I'll get one of those rods.
Caution - Objects in picture are smaller than they appear.

I am genetically predisposed to make fish look bigger than they really are.

Life List: 386 species and counting

:D
You know I love catching fish no matter what the size.
Well I wanted something to make catching those tiny tukes
a little more fun. It was suggested I try a Tenkars Rod...
as soon as I did... I was "hooked".

What is a Tenkara Rod?
Check it out.....
