Nuuanu Reservoir closure?

I have heard that the Reservoir was going to be drained and NO Cafishing again! i called the DLNR office yesterday. I was told the Board of Water has obtained permits to do repairs on the tower (water intake). A temporary dam will be built so the job can be done. The DLNR is awaiting word of when the work will start. Depending on that date, the DLNR will decide to delay or schedule the next FISHING season.
