Hmm. Buddy and I were going to yak it Friday after Thanksgiving. What does the low water level mean for that? Still good to go or should wait for some more water there?

Thanks,
Dave

I like a low water level. All the little baitfish don't have the grass to hide in. Fish the shallow areas right against the shore and the points where baitfish hang out. Also watch for schooling fish.

Just went on Sunday. Wow, the water is super low even with all the rain thats been coming down. The flood gates must be open. The Tucs were bustin here and there. Cold and rainy.

I heard Clay went out and the water was super low too.
He said they did well catching the schooling fish.... had to go deep.
No action on the surface, but caught using a sinking and a sinking tip flyline. Fish were schooling all day... cloud cover.
