bass/fw fishing in europe???

FW fishing is big in the americas as well as asia. What about Europe? I havent googled it yet, just thought I'd get some input first........

I believe if the French didn't invent the spinning reel they perfected it. I have an OLD French Centaur rspinning reel which was WAY ahead of it's time. The Mitchells at one time were THEE spinning reels to owns back in the 60s and 70s so you know the French like to fish. The Brits like fishing as well, they do a tyoe of fishing refered to as "course fishing" for Carp and Perch. Google "course fishing" and you should come up with some info. Also check out this website: http://www.worldseafishing.com/ not freshwater but still interesting.
