What if?

What if someone catches a xxl Tuc, worthy of a lake wilson record? What is the procedure to document or report it? Just curious.....
It would be nice if you could keep it alive, weigh it on an official scale, take some pictures and return it to the lake.
If you catch it during one of the days the HFFA is having a tournament (3rd Sunday of each month... usually) We have a weigh master with an official scale.
