Crazy people at the lake

What is up with all the people keeping fish at the ramp and why doesnt the state do something about it? I have watched a 2-3lb LM bass, 6lb peacock bass, and atleast 3 other smaller peacocks meet there demise going in buckets and taken home. I have told these people the law everytime. They just ignore me and take off with the fish. I dont think any of them even had a liscense.
I also got passed by a about 14ft boat with atleat 8-9 adults/ children in it
It seems that all the crazy people and buttheads have taken over the lake. It makes me more made then the homeless and meth head population there.
